Primary Publication: Computational modeling of anoctamin 1 calcium-activated chloride channels as pacemaker channels in interstitial cells of Cajal. 2014

Abstract: The system of equations and figures presented in the primary paper (Lees Green et al, 2014) are verified and reproduced in this paper’s curation effort. We describe here the model encoding in the CellML format and document the differences between this encoding and the published model (Lees Green et al, 2014) to demonstrate reproducibility.
