Changes

PMR window: really retrieve the exposures only when needed.
Indeed, when initialising ourselves or changing our PMR support's
preferences, then we were retrieving our exposures, independent of
whether we were visible or not while we only want to do that when we
are visible, so as not to waste internet resources and potentially
hanging up ourselves for no good reason.
